What is the difference between the 15 ml and 60 ml nasal sprays?
The 15 ml bottle is the smaller size for carrying with you, the 60 ml bottle gives you a larger quantity. Check the individual product page and label for ingredients and directions before choosing.
Is the fever cooling patch the same as the hot & cold pack?
They are separate products. The fever cooling patch is an adhesive patch, the hot & cold pack is a reusable pack prepared for warm or cold use. Follow the directions and precautions on the specific product’s packaging.
How do I prepare the hot & cold pack?
Use the preparation instructions printed on your pack. Follow the stated heating or cooling method and duration, and check the temperature before applying it. Do not guess the heating time.
How do I check ingredients, usage and age suitability?
Check the product label for ingredients, directions, age guidance and precautions. For children or anyone with a specific health concern, check suitability with a healthcare professional before use.

SHIPPING FEE: The shipping is free for all orders of Rs. 300 or above. For smaller orders, a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 65 is levied.
DISPATCH: All orders are dispatched within 1 day and in extraordinary cases within 2 days from the order. We work with only reputed partners like Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Fedex and alike. On Sundays and major public holidays we are closed. We can’t ship products to army code addresses or PO Boxes.
DELIVERY: Usual delivery time is 1 to 2 days from shipping for metro and major cities and 4-7 days for rural centres.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND: Any cancellation request shall be sent to breathe.free@bibo.health. If a cancellation request is received before the processing of order and generation of AWB, the same would attract full refund. If the request is received after processing, we reserve the right to cancellation depending on status of the order.
Health products are perishable and sensitive goods and it may not be fit to put back to use after it leaves the warehouse. Hence we don’t offer no questions asked returns or refunds.
We take proper measures and precautions in storing our products and work with reputed delivery partners. However, if you encounter any of these problems:
Product has been damaged during the transit
You find some manufacturing defect
You have received a wrong product
You can seek refund by sending an email to breathe.free@bibo.health with order details within 5 days of receiving the order. Upon our confirmation we will immediately initiate process of return pick up and refund.
If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped within 3 days of order.
Cancellation
Send cancellation requests to breathe.free@bibo.health. Requests received before order processing and air waybill (AWB) generation qualify for a full refund. After processing, cancellation depends on the order status.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order ID and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Keep the product and its original delivery box intact for any return pickup.
We review the evidence and confirm eligibility for a refund or replacement. For an incorrect product, replacement delivery usually takes 7–10 days after reporting, depending on location.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing and for the amount to appear in your account.
Other returns and product concerns
Health products are sensitive goods. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds, and opened products cannot be returned for another person’s use. Contact our support team with product concerns. Customers with complex or critical medical conditions should seek advice from a doctor.
