What is your refund policy?
"We take proper measures and precautions in storing our products and work with reputed delivery partners.
However, if you encounter any of these problems:
1. The product has been damaged during the transit
2. You find some manufacturing defect
3. You have received a wrong product
You can seek a refund by sending an email to breathe.free@bibo.health or feedback@bibo.health with order details within 5 days of receiving the order. Upon our confirmation, we will immediately initiate a process of return, pick up and refund."

Can I cancel my order or change the delivery address?
"Any cancellation and change in delivery address request shall be sent to
breathe.free@bibo.health or feedback@bibo.health. If a cancellation or change in delivery address request
is received before the processing of the order and generation of AWB, the same would would be possible.
However, it is not possible to cancel or change the delivery address once the order is shipped from our
warehouse."
How can I place the order?
"Our website allows you to order Bibo Natural products. Go to the products section and
select the item you'd like to purchase. Complete the required details, and you're done. But to order Bibo
Pharma products, you will need a prescription from a Registered Doctor (Medical Professional)."
In which all countries do you deliver your products? What all mode of payments do you
accept?
We deliver our products only in India. We accept both cash on delivery and online
payment modes- Razorpay Secure (UPI, Cards, Wallets, NetBanking)
I want to return the product. What is your return policy?
Since these are healthcare products, we generally do not accept returns after they have
been delivered. But only in case of the wrong product or default product delivery (which is very rare), do
we allow return orders. But note that we only accept returns within 3-5 days of delivery.
What is the shelf life of your products?
"You can check the label for expiry-related queries. However, the shelf life of all our
products is typically 3 years from the date of manufacturing."

the safety profile in mind. Our Bibo Naturals include 100% natural or ayurvedic products which are safe to
use for people of all ages."
Are there any precautions or warnings I should be aware of before using your
products?
Generally, our products are designed keeping the safety profile in mind. However, our
bibo breathe blend contains essential oils. Generally, essential oils should not be used in children below
5 years and pregnant and breast-feeding women.
For what conditions can I use your products? How long does it take to see results?
Bibo stands for Breathe In Breathe Out. All our products are formulated for respiratory
conditions, including the common cold, cough, flu, sore throat, sinusitis, asthma and bronchitis.
Can I buy your products without a prescription?
You can purchase all our natural products without a prescription, but prescriptions are
required for our pharma products.
Are there any side effects of using your products?
"All our natural products are safe to use and have no major side effects. However, some
people may experience mild symptoms, which may last a few seconds to a minute due to the presence of
herbs.
Some people may also experience a mild burning sensation in the nose after using Bibo saline nasal spray,
which is nothing is worry about. It is Tulsi that is causing the sensation. "
